East Pass Charter Conditions

From Thursday night the pattern changes: rip current risk rises to moderate, and Friday brings surf of 2 to 3 feet on east winds around 15 mph under sunny skies, with highs in the mid 80s. So the calm is a four-day window rather than the whole week — the first half of the week is the one to use.
