Most Destin restaurants don't take reservations and waits run 45+ min on summer weekends. Arrive before 6 PM for dinner, or use the apps that hold your spot remotely (most local spots use Yelp Waitlist or text-when-ready).

Local Gulf seafood changes daily — Royal Reds, triggerfish, grouper, snapper, pompano, and amberjack rotate in and out. Ask your server what came in off the Harbor that morning for the best fish on the menu.
